Easy-peasy. Go to crockpot.com and search "chicken tortilla soup" under "recipes." I made it just as they said, except that I used WAY more liquid (chicken broth) than called for. It cooked in the crock-pot all day, and then we had hot yummy soup. MAN, it was good, and essentially fat-free. SO good. When you get ready to serve it, you just put in the tortillas and then add whatever you like. Sour cream, cheese, avocado, pico de gallo, chopped scallions, whatever.
