Oil Tea

For breakfast in Gulin Kolok took me to a small place that serves YouCha, which literally translates to Oil Tea. They take ginger, peanuts and mash it together and then mix it with water, tea and some oil. This forms a very thin guel. You put in your bowl some green chives and a few other crunchy things and they pour in the broth and you eat. It was tasty.
