A New Day
I originally set a goal to run to work once a week. Things started out ok, but then the third time in a row my knee really started acting up. So I laid off. Then I jumped off a log and hurt my heel so its been a while. Now I've set the goal of once a month. Today's run went well, felt good, no chaffing and my knee felt great. Heel is still a bit sore, even a month later.
But the view here is always something I look forward to.
