Petru was a student of mine in the Peace Corps. He got a summer work visa and found himself making a solid 2 bucks an hour down in Florida. He crashed on my couch for the summer and bused tables and later hosted at the Wicked Hop.
Coltunasi is a bit like ravioli. It's a pasta filled with potatos, onions or ground meat and boiled. Traditionally, Romanians eat it with sour cream, as they eat everything. I think we might have used a bit of marinara with ours.
