Thinking

Thinking by Nick Today.
Back to all the adventures I've had this summer and even before, it all seems like some strange and wonderful dream that I've just woken up from. I'm glad I still have pictures to remind me it was all real, but it's hard to go back to my old boring life. I hope the future has many more adventures in store.

This pictures was when we rented bikes in iceland and biked to this beach and had a nice picnic lunch under this massive rock. Sweet!

Thanks everyone!

Irish-Dave: Just so you know, this is along the beach path on the way out of Reykjavik. Just a short walk from the city center. It really is an awesome place, I just wonder what it's like in the winter. :O

This seems, at the same time, so unreal, and yet so entirely part of this world. I've never been there, but looking at this, it makes me think that Iceland must be a wonderful place. To be able to escape so entirely, reach so close to nature, and listen to the aching emptiness, the splash of the waves as they beat upon the shore. This little corner, this spot of time, you have captured so well.

Great shock, Nick! so many of these are just awesome. I have been absent from flickr a lot myself lately. Glad to see that you are back my friend. Looking forward to what you show next, and the next adventures.

Cheers

This shot blows me away.
All is peaceful, serene and normal,
except for that huge Meteorite sitting next to her.
