Sausage maker

This Polish sausage maker has been present in the community for over 35 years making his meat-stuffs. His name is Frank Jakubczak and the shop on Muskego Avenue is called the European Homemade Sausage Shop. Frank and his craft were featured on the History Channel's Meat America program on July 27th, 2011. Further information may be found here. The community may also might not be aware that Frank was recently filmed by Wisconsin Foodie, a program on Public Television. The broadcast is set for during the fourth season starting in October 2011.
