      You always seem to be eating foods that I've never eaten. These look interesting. What's inside? I see what appear to be sauces there, too. Do you dip them in a hot sauce? I'm starting to figure out that I need to expand my meal choice horizons, (which I plan to do this weekend as I make my Turkish food for this months cooking challenge, thanks to you guys! I can't wait!)

      I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't know what samosas is. Looks tasty but I suspect they are deep fried??

      Samosas usually have potatoes inside, and sometimes peas. I've been told that making them is time-consuming but not difficult.
