Heck yeah, man. That's pretty. Wispy highlights, good dark tones. In fact, the more I look at this one, the more I like it. Nice tracks in the snow, too.

very nice i like how it looks in winter more. as the mountains look cool. amazing clouds in this shot. such a contasting sky love it. the snow fades into the field seems like winter is fading out now too.

It's perfect that the building is white, like the snow and the clouds. (Well, some of the clouds anyway.) There's a real elegance and grace to this that goes beyond composition alone.

Your picture celebrate the beauty of nature in her strong and smooth events. And this is a gorgeous shot.
Your landscapes are for me The American Landscape. You can replace the role of Ansel Adams in my imaginary. Even with the best polarizer and lens we cannot see skies like yours over here. (it's because of the height of the wind I guess)... but other than that, is this picture that is perfect.

Hey! I'm the editor for a hard-bound book that's currently in production, and found your photos via a Flickr search for great New Jersey photos.
The Star-Ledger is putting on a photo contest for the purpose of finding the absolute best photos of New Jersey, then publishing them in a fine-art coffee-table book. What's unique about this contest is that users are in the drivers seat, voting for the photos they think should be in the book. There's also a lot of prizes to be won ($20,000 worth), although for most photographers the state-wide exposure (especially if your photos make the book) is the reason to get involved.
We're calling it Great Destinations NJ. It's all free and I think your photos would be a great fit. You retain all rights and you get some great exposure for your website or Flickr page (we properly credit you, and link back to you all over the place, plus your website would be published if your photos made the book). If you've got a free minute and want a shot at getting published, winning prizes, or just want to see some other great New Jersey photos, head over to Great Destinations NJ.
Oh and we use the Flickr API so putting your photos on the Great Destinations NJ website is a click of a button.
