Xbox Live friends list

Xbox Live for Xbox 360 allows you to see when your friends were last online as well as what game they are currently playing

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

Naw.
"Add Friend" totally does not fit in... It needs to f* off to somewhere else on the screen so that it doesn't look like you are selecting which friends to add as friends.
Also, it needs to be more obvious which ones are online and offline.
"Last online 3 days ago" vs "Offline" WTH? That's not a simple UI, it's rubbish!

How about this:
"Add Friend" goes to the bottom of the list and is changed to "Add more friends"
Offline uses has a Red icon and the "Last online" bit is right-aligned.
