bedroom

bedroom by Gespür für Licht.
The Original file is about 19.000 pixels wide, that is what I call "large format".

The "effect" is nothing, the distortion is a mere necessity because I want to show floor, celing and all walls in one picture.

Its just like taking a photo in general: The techique is a bore, what is important is the emotional content that is transported or not, the story that is told or not, strains of character that are shown or not, a new perspective on well known things that can be gained or not.

Wow. What soft did you use to process the shots?
The bedroom is quite basic - hopefully it is somebody elses, not yours

Poetry! I like it!
The good thing is that the space does not become clear to me, it is a story about details, a detective-pano!

Haunting, disorienting, disturbing. I keep coming back to it - so it is making an impact.
I could never live with it but can appreciate it as a work of art.

I am unsure about this one. I am certain about one thing--I hate the little advertisement in the picture.

ooohhh...... my first time as a deciding saveme.. do I vent my bitter spleen and laugh wickedly to myself muttering "if I can't get into the safe no-one can.... Mruahhahaha!!"??

Nope. I really like this. The whole effects is great - the colours, the textures of the wood and the organic visual shape. It hangs together really well. I can't help it... I must save!

There's no tag for saveme3, so that vote doesn't count.

This is currently on SM9 x DM6 and needs one more save, or 4 more deletes, to finish it. Next voter please tag saveme3 or deleteme7.

I love the tag "detective-pano" like I love "pianorama".

Ula-la. Nice to see your panos again. It was groundbreaking to me to see the technique combined with your sensibility that's why I gave you the pro account.

Now I've moved to a little town, and I'm using more often 120 film. Taking portraits. I'm done with São Paulo, it's too expensive and caotic for me.

Glad to talk to you again.

@johan__: Nope I was completly sober, had to drive the car to the forest where the hut is situated. The whole thing is: before and after redecorating. This is the "before"-picture of course. The decoration is in progress, shall become a nice place for the occasional wekend party....

Hi Gerd!

Dein

I really enjoy this image. You can call the technique a bore, but its what first captures my attention, from there its execution and intent that are important. Thanks for sharing.
