You've been learning some Dutch! Schitterend! :)

The recipe really isn't any. It's all about the ratio of flour & water.. but really the key to this bread (and all of mine) is the mother sourdough starter that lives in my fridge - an offspring of Brian's home brewed starter. Brian is my bread making God :)

I'll happily send you the recipe if you want - but it'll include 'x amount of sourdough starter' :-/
