The Cadaceus is a symbol of commerce (The Staff of Hermes), and that is what you picture here. The Rod of Asclepius has one snake around a staff and no wings, and is a symbol of medicine, and is not what is pictured here. ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rod_of_Asclepius )
