East River Dredging Operations, May 2011

G.L. Dredge 54, a Great Lakes Dredge & Dock dredge, is performing maintenance dredging in the South Brother Island Channel in the East River. The Corps of Engineers managed dredging will remove approximately 216,000 cubic yards of material in order to keep the channel safe for navigation. The work should be completed in June.
