I lose water weight during the week and gain over the weekend
October 5, 2007 - Here we see a new low. It is common for me to lose 6 or more pounds of water weight during the week, then gain it back over the weekend. My lowest weight in usually on Friday, and my highest weight on Sunday, so Sunday is my official weigh-in day.
