I found a blue Schwinn Varsity with this note on it. I called the police, and they weren't of much help. The officer I spoke to liked the idea of my checking the serial number stolen bike databases, so I did that and it turned up nothing. I placed a "found" ad on Craigslist, and emailed a two people who had bikes stolen in the area, bikes similar to this.

I haven't decided what I'm going to do if nobody claims it.

The paint job is very scratched, and there's rust on the frame. It needs a lot of TLC, although it rides well and shifts fairly smoothly.
