November 4 Thanksgiving Cactus Bud

We refer to this plant as our Thanksgiving Cactus. Every year it is full of lovely blooms for the holiday. It's preparing itself now. for the big day!

I love how these cactus bloom whenever they pretty much want, despite their 'official' name! Nice shot of this one - be sure to take a shot when it is full of blooms, too!
