A Disturbing Sign in Times Square

This man, Farhad Khoiee-Abbasi, was standing in Times Square holding this sign while handing out information cards (see the next photo) about the FBI agent, Chris Saviano, who is allegedly raping his wife, Shabnam Vahabinazhad. The twisted part of the story is that Shabnam denies Farhad's accusations and is currently filing for divorce. She also has a protection order against him.

I'm on vacation in Washington, DC and I just saw this man outside the J Edgar oover building. I am still trying to find a credible account of his story, if anyone knows where I may retrieve one.
