That's a great building, too bad it's no longer a theater. Ya gotta love the middle finger thing above the CVS sign, though!

I was just getting ready to make the exact same comment, when I read Mr. T's. I love the photo, but the only thing I see when I look at it is the middle finger. I think that is part of its charm. :)
