Orchid Greenhouse.

Here.
I took this photo at the American Orchid Society with one of my biggest cameras, the mamiya RZ67 PRO II. Its been deemed a studio camera but i was determined to try to use it in the field. This one flower seemed to pop out more then the other. So i plopped up my manfrotto and mounted the mamiya and shot away. The flower pictured is a Torch Ginger.

Stayin' Warm.

I was biking with my Mamiya RZ67 PRO II and my Nikon D90 when someone tagged me down to show me this tortoise that had burrowed itself beneath the sand around 200ft from the sanibel causeway. Quickly, I scrambled to photograph this beautiful creature and here are the results.
