Another photo from yesterday. I know, I wore the same t-shirt two days in a row. University is slowly turning me into a tramp.

This is from yesterday but I couldn't edit it til today because my USB ports were busy so I couldn't put the photos on my computer. I tried an idea that I've had for a week, but it failed. Again. And then it started raining.
I need a new (convenient) location, but Winchester is so hilly it's ridiculous. And the university is at the top of a hill, which is such a pain. I can't wait til I live in the city centre.

I'm seriously debating whether or not to upload today's photo or not. It's so rubbish and there's no concept behind it. I did take a photo today, though, so I don't see why I should have to do an extra day of the project just because I don't like the outcome.

Also, and I'm not sure why, but in the majority of self portraits I've been taking recently, I seem to have gotten into the habit of looking away from the camera, often with my mouth open. And I ruined this shoot by constantly taking photos while I was squinting, despite the fact it wasn't remotely sunny. :/

Sorry, this is crap. I had today all planned out and then none of it happened, but never mind. :)
I'll go outside tomorrow, so hopefully tomorrow's photo will be better.

Also, exciting news, my 50mm f/1.8 lens came today! Unfortunately, my room is too small to be able to use it well, so more outside photos will appear in the near future.

I'll admit, this wasn't exactly the idea I was going for, but I overestimated the size of my room by quite a bit. I thought these walls were further apart. But, alas, they were not.

There was an hour of editing this in which it looked like a big ol' mess and I wasn't sure if I was going to get a usable photo (never mind, a good one) for today. But suddenly it all snapped together. I love it when that happens.

Editing, although not initially inspired by him, totally reminds me of Benjamin's photos, so I've decided to dedicate it to him because he's obviously had some subconscious influence on me. :)

Oh, and on an unrelated note, I heart this dress so much. I've never gotten the chance to wear it, which makes me so very sad. But I don't wanna take photos outside with it on, in case I ruin it. D:
