It looks like the 'soldier/patient (by the way he's bandaged) will
NOT be eating this Christmas, it looks like the Nurse on the left is going to be 'scoffing ' his box of cakes, this Year !

cardwellpics has it right I think. The nurse is saying, "Too bad your jaw is taped shut! I'll eat this pastry and let you know how it is ... Nom nom ... Not too bad ... a little greasy but pretty good. Have another?"
