Multicultural Crayons by nathangibbs.
Crayola also made a pack of multicultural colored pencils, and a pack of 16 in regular crayon size. It's interesting how "culture" here is a substitute for "race."

Nnnnice! I wish these had been invented when I was at school, so I had been able to colour my family, friends and myself with another hue other than "Barbie" or pink! :D

It's increasingly difficult for the Burnt Sienna-American community to find respect in this post-9/11 world.

Yeah I saw those the last time I was crayon shopping. I opted for the big box of 96 instead. It covers everything. :P

However, I had to stop and think, why is there a pure white in there? I mean, I have some of the whitest skin ever and even I'm not that white! So is that for the vampires of our communities, I wonder? ;-)

Very cool. Back in my day, we just had one 'fleshtone' crayon. (which was white, of course)

I agree that it's strange to see "white" in the mix... maybe they should have made a "blotchy pink". Then I could color pictures of my wife, LOL.

Ooops. I guess I'm on the couch again. :-\

They should've come up with these ages ago, but it's nice they finally did. If you ever go to Brazil you'll add another 10 shades to the box hehe.

Btw
COuld you do me a favor and go to my pic that says "Polls- Questions by my students", then read it and answer the questions thanks.

What a great picture -- the writing is so clear and the color is perfect. Thank you for making it available as a Creative Commons photo! You can see how it was used here. It is so kind of others to let their art be used by the world.
