MomoCon Bento 2

Carrot sun

corn and pea flower

Pineapple flower (which was incredibly delicious with the sticky rice!)

Mini flower onigiri with carrot flower

Bento of many things: morningstar farms chik tenders, broccoli, lemon wedge, mini tater tots, apple leaf, eggless omelette, red grapes, black olives, corn & green pea skewers.

My amazingly insane foray into complicated bentos for our day trip to MomoCon, an anime convention. Inspiration: e-obento.com :) I tried to do the lots-of-things-but-elegant-looking bento. It didn't turn out very elegant, but they were tasty!

Biggie*: It held up very well, I don't think anything moved at all. I was very surprised, but maybe it was because I used extremely sticky rice?

chiisai_bara: I'm sure that you can do great decorations with a round box!! The only trouble that I have with it is sometimes it's hard to find enough to fill it, cause it's huge!
