Where is the orbital pole in the sky (near what star)? Does it change over the course of days or months or does the ISS keep a consistent orientation relative to the stars?

For star trail shots like this, diond, the camera is aimed at the north star. This particular shots seems to be 70 stacked images, taken at 30 secs each; a total of a 45 minute exposure.
