Distinguished Service Award: Jason Cooper
Jason Cooper works on the Tech Team on Monday evenings and Saturday on the
Helpteam. Jason is always cheerful both on the phone and in person. He has an enormous
amount of patience; he works with all customers regardless of their computer ability. The
Helpdesk frequently receives calls on Saturday morning which begin, “I was told to ask for
Jason”, and there is often a line of customers in the office awaiting his assistance. If he doesn’t know the solution he will research the problem and get back to the customer.
