I made the same cake last Saturday, but the colour of the chocolate mousse was too light, so I added dark chocolate more this time.

上に乗っけてあるのは、ブラックベリーなんです。これも冷凍のやつなんですけど、今回は解凍しました～～。

側面は思ってたよりも綺麗に仕上がったんですけど、ムースが柔らかめだったからか、型から外す時、上の方の淵がデコボコになっちゃいました（涙）

I'm a huge fan of Makiko Fujino, so I love her basic baking book, but recently I've got a book of Susumu Koyama and it introduces many ways for decorating cakes, and they're all lovely! (actually, this chocolate on the mousse is from his recipe)
So I want to recommend the book, its title is 'The Sweet Trick'. there are 2 kinds of the books of this title, and I have a newer one.
I hope you like it :))

My mom makes osechi ryouri for me, so I don't have to do, but I have to make お雑煮 , and I must get its ingredients, and the decoration for お正月 too.
and plus, I have to clean up my house! I can't believe that I can do all these things in only 3 days!
