Great morning for a run! Aim to do 21km trying out the new Aarn backpack. Hyde park is surprisingly empty!
Nice morning riding x-country on the South Downs! But a bit muddy...
Blue sky and have now etched my mark in the previously untouched snow... Could life be better?
45min walk up the mountain, untouched snow agead if me! Best preparation for Namibian ultra!
And we are off, only 280km to go... Will is leading the way out!
