I have to say I prefer the colour as well. Though I really like the texture that you added to the sky in the B&W, the colour of the light is just so warm and soft. Beautiful.

I prefer the original (ie this one) to the b/w. The colors really have punch and let you know the time of day. For me the 2 people in the background take the picture from lovely to sublime.

This is just so stunningly warm and candid, Nachosan. It works so well because your wife doesn't know she is being photographed--she may not have been so engrossed in her own actions otherwise. The lighting is just so beautiful--you should post this to the 'Magic Hour' group (I presume it was taken late afternoon).
