7. Keeper Screws Removed
The "keeper" screws have been removed so that the adapter will fully seat in the cable socket and not interfere with the socket on the K3.

5. Removal of Pin 10
Pin 10 is easily removed by grasping it at its base with the needle-nose pliers and giving a quick twist with a slight tilt.
