A long awaited trip. Amsterdam is one of the top location in my to-visit list. Finally, I made it to the red light street...
I am just kidding. I made it to Amsterdam.

The shot that I took 2 years back in Venice during the Carnivale. The foggy and rainy morning may seemed to be the worst season for the typical traveler. But for me, the most beauty of grand canal revealed on this moment.

I would love to travel and shoot photos as much as I did on the past. Having said that, hectic work/study life simply doesn't seem feasible to do this. Well, this is life.

I had been away from flickr for such a long time. I apologised for the long absent in your photostream.

Found this shot from my last Italy trip. In the beginning, I thought it will be another typical post card view from Vatican, I had enough of these shots uploaded in Flickr to bore you. Nevertheless, I really like the dramatic sky in the shot. Yes, I am the crazy guy that always like bad weather sky during my travel. Sometime I even complaint when the sky is too blue.

Just the basic B&W conversion. No crop. A little sharpening to bring the details up.

What do you think about the shot?

PS: Perhaps you will notice I deleted almost all my sets categorized by location. It is kind of relief to clean up "my house".

Not really a fantasyland :-) In fact, this was neither the most stunning sunset nor the best scene from the unnamed corner somewhere around Sienna. Our original plan was to go to Val d Orcia in the evening. Due to lack of time, we decided to simply enter one of the winding road and see if we can find any interesting scene.

One thing I don't like about the shot is the transition line by the GND filter. What do you think about it?
