On November 1, 2008, Mystic Seaport hauled the Charles W. Morgan out of the
water for the first time in eight years. The Morgan, which now rests in the
Henry B. duPont Preservation Shipyard, is slated for a 3 1/2 year, $5
million restoration. Check back often for more pictures as the world's last
wooden whaling ship is restored.
