A small to medium sized, intermediate growing, lithophyte or terrestrial orchid from the eastern slopes of the Andes of Colombia, Ecuador and Peru where it grows in wet montane forests at 1000 to 1500 meters. I grow it in semi-hydro culture using volcanic rocks, medium light and intermediate temperatures. It has been blooming since this summer on an older growth, this is the first flower on the new growth, while the old one is still blooming.

A miniature to small epiphyte from Africa where it grows at elevations of 1250 to 2200 meters. I grow it intermediate in a vivarium, high humidity, medium bright light and good air circulation.
