This doesn't exactly say "embrace the blur" to me (though I understand the corralation). However, this *is* a very cool picture. Nice angle, lighting, effect with the water. really nice.

Thanks for the feedback, photo-op. it definitely is more for a long-exposure-blur than a motion-capture-blur, or a shaky-hands-blur or a not-quite-focussed-blur. Certainly not the kind of blur the contest sponsors lens creates.
Personally, I tend to "embrace" the long exposures, although I take far more of the unintentional-shaky-hands-focus-on-the-wrong- thing blurs
I appreciate the compliments, it, too, is one of my favorites.
