Snake , Which Species ?

Can anyone identify the species of this snake. Length of this snake as was about 4 feet but it is very thin(about 20 mm) . Black in color with black and yellow patches. Eyes looks like Indian Keelback but color looks different.

So it is confirmed that this is non-venomous. They found in abundance in the drainage of my locality. Some of the are reddish/brown in color.
