If you look at the full size of the image, in the background the folders have everyone's name on them and the two papers on the left say:
"TO: ALL STAFF
FROM: THE MANAGER
You can't read here, because that is now
would be a waste of my time, yo.
I will just make a bunch of nonsense
sentences to be done with it. How will

I can't read most of the Green paper, but it does say, "I Can't Believe You're Reading This" as the title on the right side of it.
