I like the atmosphere in this shot,
excellent. It is actually right near to where
I used to live in Wolverhampton (I recognise
the railway bridge in the backgound). I
remember there was a dodgy illegal nightclub
here many years ago hidden inside a factory.
As we approached the site Lisa nearly jumped
out of her skin when someone yelled out
something indistinguishable very loudly from
inside of this building. We were later told
my some kids it was a notorious crack den.
If you know where Jennings the funeral
directors is in Wolverhampton it is the 2nd
left turn after you pass it on your right off
the ring road.
You can't miss it it is on the brow of a hill
with a railway bridge over it and the
turning is on your Left. There is a huge pair
of canal lock gates in the middle of the road
leading up to this place. Don't go alone
though! there are some strange folk lurking
about.

Fantastic shot, Jason. Love the black and white conversion...it's very gritty and suits the scene well.

Ooooooh not seen this one before. Love this kind of image, dark, moody, dramatic and interesting.
Came across it looking through some 2009 'SC photo a day' shots
:o)
