The Festival of Padded Tables

Once or twice a month, the 11:00 worship service at our church is enhanced by the amazing work of a hand bell choir. There is no set schedule for them to play; they simply set up when they're ready.

Since the tables, and these clear, plastic music stands, are put into place days prior to the Sunday presentation, the equipment is present during the 8:15 traditional service. The silent stands and soft, blue coverings have inspired at least one of the regular worshipers at our early service to refer to the event as "The Festival of Padded Tables."
