Lego Settlers of Catan Board WIP

Newer Older

I'm attempting to create a settlers of catan board. I have seen a couple of versions out there, but this is my take on the idea. This is a work in progress, and eventually I will build it.

The benefit of this design as that the hexagon path grid is fixed and rigid. You can mix up the resource "disks" and they lock into place. the trading port markers can also be moved around.

Built with SR3D and rendered in pov-ray.

Great idea (everyone, go vote for it on CUUSOO to turn it into a Lego set).

Do you have any tips for pov-ray rendering? Mine have come out only marginally better than LDD screenshots.
