Scenes of progress, or the lack thereof, in New Orleans Lower Ninth Ward.

Some of these have been seen before here on Flickr, but I managed to delete them with a stunningly stupid click of the mouse. It wasn't a bad thing though, as it gave me a chance to look back through those shots and with the benefit of time, come to the realization that there were some that I blew in the processing and others still that I just didn't think were very good but actually were.

I'll be re-posting all my Lower Ninth shots here in the next few days along with new shots showing what's currently happening in the area.
