Oopsy...I sent the boy to school without a napkin (although I'm not sure that he's actually used a napkin at school since his pants and sleeves come home filthy! LOL!)

    Are those little mini pizzas?

  7. mslil65 16 months ago | reply

Kma104...no, I just cut up some leftover pizza. Somehow the pepperoni fit on one slice like that, so it looks like a mini pizza. :)

Love your ideas! Where did you find the cute little 4 section container? Did it come with the lunch box?

  9. mslil65 16 months ago | reply

Thank you! Kstrain...the inner "lunchbox" is a Lock and Lock container I bought at Target. It came with the four individual containers and was less that $5.

    Great...thanks!!

I looked all over at my local target and could not find the box, when did you get it?

  12. Mixalis8 16 months ago | reply

In Japan this would be called a Bento Box !!

  13. Choppi2010 16 months ago | reply

@saca523 I found mine at Ross Dress For Less and it only cost $4.

  14. mrsroblken 14 months ago | reply

I would eat that - except for the Good & Plenty - I would trade them for something else LOL!!! Good job!

Hate to be nancy negative but...
These boxes look nice and tidy but way , way,way oo much sugar and too many processed foods. no nutrition at all! need vegetables, whole grain, water, real yogurt without added sugar...

I cannot find the lunch container either.. Do you have a link where you could buy it from. I have searched everywhere even on the lock&lock website.. Thanks

In Japan, this would not be called a bento box, this would be called unhealthy. Japanese bento boxes follow fairly strict rules as far as carbs, proteins, and vegetables in their bentos. Notice I did not mention sweets, which is over half of what is in these boxes.

Why don't you perfect parents just raise your kids and leave us unfit ones to raising our own? Not sure if you know this, but not every person out there is a health freak. Have a good day! :)

For the record, this mom may very well send extremely healthy lunches all but one day a week or so. You really shouldn't judge anyone based off one pic.

I actually agree about it being a very unhealthy lunch. And for those out there that think because we giving our opinion is a form of judgement are mistaken. It's all about educating each other. I used to feed my kids the same kinds of food until I found out BETTER. So, take it as you want...but you should take it and learn from it. Have a healthy day!!
