Spirit In The Desert

There's my youngest daughter running down the Cottonwood Canyon Road in southern Utah (much easier to see in the large version). Everytime we stopped to look at something or dad wanted a photograph, Nicola would tear off down the road. I love her unbridled spirit and her instinct to dash off like that -- it gives a feeling of freedom in this photo. She's a great kid and I'm a lucky dad. I love my "Nicnic". (And I love you too Morgan and Aaron!)
