Lane Cake

5.20.07 - A co-worker was turning the big one, so I made a cake reminescent of her childhood. Apparently Lane Cakes are very common in Alabama but I had never heard of one before.

I found the recipe here at O, the Oprah Magazine at Oprah.com.
