laughed so hard, and showed it to my sister, who - like other muslim women i know - does this often with her hijab/headscarf, too!

i tie my hijab in the headwrap style, which is similar to some turban styles, and which also doesn't leave room for hands-free devices, at least not the ones i've come across. i'm curious as to what methods/devices other turban wearers have used, besides this one. if you know of other ideas, send 'em my way, please. =)

Hopefully in reality Sikhs don't make a practice of this...since it is actually not healthy for your brain/head to have the phone this close when talking. Particularly if you talk a lot on the phone! Better get a real headset and keep the phone away from your brain so that you don't get all the radiation from the phone.
