The colonial stone farmhouse where inventor Robert Fulton was born before the family moved to Lancaster the following year. Fulton made the first practical working steamboat with the Clermont, called "Fulton's Folly" by a skeptical public. The home is located about eight miles outside of Quarryville, PA
