Technology in the Sleeping Environment
This was a photograph used to illustrate one of my projects for my product design university course. The project being that there is too much temptation to use technology in the sleeping environment and we tend to keep our phones etc within arms reach resulting in deteriorating amounts of sleep and reduced quality of sleep.
