FedEx ran over this nVidia Quadro 4 980 XGL with a forklift.

They actually delivered it afterwards! The shipper sent a replacement card which arrived fine.

(note - this happened at work a couple of years ago; I ran across the pictures I'd taken while going through some old backups)
