Columbia Heights Plaza HDR
Columbia Heights, DC, civic plaza with fountain (turned off for the winter) and solar panels, looking west down Park Road. Note the ghosting of pedestrians and vehicles, due to the blending of three exposures (-2, 0, +2) at slightly different times. I tried to make this one more "natural" looking but it's still a bit surreal.
