Constitution in the National Archives
The preamble and beginning of the original Constitution, in the rotunda of the National Archives, in Washington, DC. Photographs in the rotunda of the National Archives are no longer permitted, so I'm glad I got this shot while I had the chance.

Nicely composed - great exposure. That 35mm 1.4L is amazing in low light, huh?

Fantastic shot, and composition!
I'm heading to DC in August, and disappointed to here about no photography.
When did they implement that policy?
Mr. T in DC (23 months ago | reply)
The no photographs policy has been in effect at the National Archives for over a year now, as far as I recall.
