Bicycle Commuting: Handlebar bag

This is an Ortlieb Ultimate Classic 5 (Medium) handlebar bag. The mounting system allows the bag to be clipped on and off easily. And the bag can be carried with a shoulder strap. Plus the Classic 5 is waterproof and reliable to a fault. Hence the rather expensive pricetag.

i lost my deuter bike pouch due to its easiness to strap on and out. i'm hoping to find and get one which can lock on, with locking system both on bike and on the "casing".
