I have a VERY stupid question. :) Are noodles in themselves suitable for raw food, and then just have to be soaked? It would seem some sort of high temperature would go into making them.

OR, do you make the noods yourself? :)

Well, these aren't actually pasta noodles (which wouldn't be raw, and probably wouldn't be very good just soaked in water), they are made from zucchini. I have a spiralizer which makes the fun noodles, but you could also use a vegetable peeler, and just peel long strips from the sides until you reach the seedy center. Hope that helps!
